Responsibilities
- Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Bookkeeping: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and assisting in financial planning.
- Compliance: Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Preferably Indian/Filipino’s Female.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
