  • Supervise and guide the system introduction and initialization to ensure smooth and effective implementation phase.
  • Conducting an Internal Audit to see if the system is compliant with the relevant management system.
  • Management Review meetings to take top management on board and follow up onnecessarycorrective actions with concerned Departments.
  • Assistance in initial certification by supporting the company’s Management during theexternal audit that will be conducted by the certification body, and will be responsible forhelping the Management Representative in closing of Non-conformities raised by the Certification body, if any.
